Loyd Lee Larson, the son of Clarence A. Larson and Inice D. (Crist) Larson was born September 17, 1951 in Des Moines, Iowa. He entered into rest on January 24, 2007 in Winterset, Iowa at the age of 55 years, 4 months and 7 days.

Loyd lived in Iowa all his life. He was born in Des Moines and lived near Tingley and Red Oak before moving to the Glenwood State School in Glenwood. He later moved to Winterset Care Center North of Winterset. Loyd was always a sweet and loving person. He was loved by everyone who met him.

Loyd was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carl Larson and aunt, Patricia A. Larson.

Loyd is survived by two brothers: Axel Larson and wife, Bette of Red Oak, Iowa and Darwin Larson and wife, Sharon of Glenwood, Iowa; sister: Judy McFarland and husband, Bill of Red Oak, Iowa; six nieces; five nephews; great aunt: Beatrice Larson of Red Oak, Iowa; many other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak
Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m.
Pastor Al Moore, officiating
Family and friends may gather at Sellergren Lindell DeMarce Funeral Home
at 10:00 a.m. for procession to the cemetery.
